Michael spends most of his days on his boat, An Faoiléan, sailing the Atlantic sea in search of the finest fish the waters on the coast of County Kerry have to offer.

Michael's knowledge of fish is vast. He knows the ideal salmon and the perfect sole, and on returning home he'll often prepare his favourite fish dish, his traditional smoky garlic Cod.
